Garden Stories

Real gardens, gently brought into alignment

Practical, well-used spaces—full of life, but visually unconnected

Before

Sketching directly onto the surface allows the composition to respond to the space before paint is applied

Transition...

Some designs unfold in a single day, others take longer—depending on scale and detail

After

The same space — now held together through line, rhythm and presence

Created for a young people’s house, this mural was designed to bring quiet structure and a sense of belonging to a shared outdoor space.

The garden was already in use — a place to sit, talk, and spend time — but felt visually fragmented. Through line, rhythm, and gentle scale, the mural offers a soft framework, allowing the space to settle without losing its openness.

It does not dominate. It accompanies.

A backdrop for conversation, for pauses, for being together.

A space for gathering

“...transforming our garden into a standout feature.”
